This volume fleece is a soft, which is medium loft, iron-on. This is perfect for topstitch, quilts, bags, wall hangings, relief work such as curtain tie-backs, as well as for warm clothing. 

Use this on lightweight to medium weight fabrics such as cotton and synthetics. Machine washable at 40 on synthetic cycle. Dry cleanable.

The Pellon equivalent to this Vilene product is 987F Fusible Fleece (it is similar, but not an exact match).

This volume fleece should be used on dry materials, place the volume fleece coated side on the reverse side of the fabric, cover the . Hold the iron still in place for about 15 seconds each time, before moving onto the next area. This will achieve the best possible bond. You should use a medium to hot iron (with temperature up to 200 degrees c, 390 degrees Fahrenheit. Once finished, leave the fabric to cool fully and set for up to 30 minutes, this will help ensure you get the best possible bond.

Vilene recommend washing this at no more than 40 degrees and you can use any solvent on it except for tetrachlorethylene.
